1. Introduction

Welcome to TradeGPT. We value your privacy and transparency. Please note: TradeGPT is strictly a technical analysis tool for educational purposes. We are NOT financial advisors, brokers, or licensed investment counselors. We do not provide personalized financial advice.

2. Data Privacy & No-Logs

TradeGPT operates with a privacy-first approach. We do not store or retain any personal identifiable information (PII) such as emails, names, or passwords. No login or registration is required to use this app. Consequently, no sensitive personal data is shared with third parties by us.

3. How the Algorithm Works

The algorithm processes multiple technical indicators (such as RSI, MACD, and Volume profiles) combined with statistical pattern recognition to generate a theoretical market assessment. The entire calculation is based on quantitative analysis of historical datasets provided by external third-party services. This process identifies high-probability setups but does not guarantee future price movements.

The TradeGPT Mobile App is licensed to you for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL use only.

Prohibited Commercial Use: It is strictly forbidden for companies, financial institutions, proprietary trading firms, or other commercial entities to use the standard version of the App for business purposes.

Any commercial use of TradeGPT data requires a dedicated Partnership Agreement or an Enterprise API License authorized directly by VectorDEV.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app relies on third-party services to access real-time and historical financial data. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all third-parties' terms of service. Your use of TradeGPT signifies your acceptance of these terms.

5. Accuracy of Financial Analysis (NO GUARANTEES)

The financial insights provided by TradeGPT are based on algorithmic analysis of data obtained from third-party services. TradeGPT DOES NOT GUARANTEE any specific accuracy rate or profit result. While the AI identifies statistical patterns, markets are volatile and unpredictable.

It is possible that the market moves differently from the AI projection due to news or external factors. Therefore, TradeGPT's analysis should never be considered the sole basis for making investment decisions. Users must conduct their own due diligence and consult with financial advisors before making any investment choices.

6. Limitation of Liability & High-Risk Warning

TradeGPT and VectorDEV are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Users acknowledge that trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may result in the TOTAL LOSS of your invested capital. By using our app, you agree to hold TradeGPT harmless from any claims, losses, or legal actions resulting from your use of the app. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

7. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

TradeGPT utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate insights. AI systems are experimental and may produce results that are inaccurate or 'hallucinations'. Users are advised to interpret any AI-generated content as informational only and not as guaranteed financial advice. All trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

8. Streak Program and Ad Disclosure

TradeGPT includes a voluntary Streak Program designed to promote regular market study. Participation is based on in-app activity and is in no way dependent on ad views or interactions. Advertisements are part of the monetization model for free users and are not linked to streak rewards. TradeGPT strictly prohibits incentivized ad traffic and actively monitors for fraudulent behavior. Rules and rewards may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of TradeGPT.

9. Changes to These Terms & Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. The latest version is always visible in the app menu. Your continued use of TradeGPT indicates your acceptance of the new terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Turin (Torino), Italy.

10. API Usage & Anti-Fraud (Website Only)

For users accessing our Developer API via the website:

No Scraping: Automated scraping is prohibited.
Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer the App or API.
Resale Prohibited: You may not resell TradeGPT data as your own.
